Wi-Fi channel frequency is always 0.000 GHz

Description

The Wi-Fi channel frequency that LuCI reports is always 0.000 GHz at the Wireless section of the Overview page. This started to happen after the last update of mac80211  https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/32760.
