luci-ddns: Support 'script' IP source

Description

luci-ddns does not support script as a value for 'Source of IP address' setting.

When showing the 'Dynamic DNS' view the first available option is selected where the configuration file is using a script ip source.

And when saving the script source would be overwritten.

A little patch I am using to include the relevant options in the view is attached.
