Package-update Button dissapears

Description

After updating the package-list in System/Software?, the button disappears until router reboot

The Update button is only shown, if there is no_lists or old_lists set.
after 24h you're able to update the list, or eg. you delete the /tmp/opkg/* folders.

Normal function, ticked should be closed.
