Repair freifunk/status

Freifunk/status doesn't show Link, Bssid, encryption and power in the public status. I think this is a permission problem, because it works when i remove nobody:nogroup from the controller.

Also not showing is protocol. This can be fixed by using "local mode = wireless[self.map:get(section, "device")].hwmode" instead of "local mode = wireless[self.map:get(section, "device")].mode" in public_status.lua.

My third request would be about the scan button: i would suggest to remove it as long as pressing it means about 5s without wifi.
