disabling qos does not actually disable qos

Reported by: reporter Owned by:
Priority: major Milestone: LuCI 0.10.0
Component: LuCI Applications Keywords: qos
Cc:

Description

On Luci trunk disabling qos under Essentials -> Network -> QOS does not actually disable QOS.

When QOS is enabled the option 'enabled' is set to '1' in /etc/config/qos. When QOS is disabled the option 'enabled' is removed completely from the config file. This does not disable qos.

Instead of deleting the 'enabled' option the value should be changed from '1' to '0' instead when the Quality of Service is unchecked in the menu

I've checked the config-files. In OpenWRT-backfire:(r24751) LuCI-trunk:(r6656) all seems to be OK. "enable" switches from "1" to "0" when QoS is deselected.
